Our ITAD process
- Inventory & quote. Send a list (CSV or photos). We return an indicative buy-back price or recycling credit within 2 business days.
- Collection. Insured pallet collection across UK mainland and EU. US collections coordinated via our DHL Express ITAD lane.
- Secure intake. Goods booked in with GPS-tracked chain of custody. Serialised logging.
- Data destruction. NIST SP 800-88 Clear, Purge, or Destroy per your policy. Certificate of destruction issued per drive.
- Resale or recycle. Resale proceeds credited against future purchases or paid out. Non-resale items recycled under WEEE with documentation.
