Refund & Returns Policy

UK / EU consumers
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to cancel a purchase under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations / EU Consumer Rights Directive. Notify us at returns@serverfin.com. Return the goods in original condition within a further 14 days. Refund processed within 14 days of receipt, to the original payment method.
Outbound shipping is refunded at the standard rate. Return shipping is at your expense unless goods are faulty or sent in error.
Business buyers
No automatic right of cancellation. We accept returns for:
- Dead-on-arrival (DOA): report within 48 hours of delivery. We collect and replace or refund.
- Wrong item shipped: we collect and correct the shipment at our cost.
- Custom builds: non-returnable once build-spec is signed off and production has started, except for defect.
Faulty goods — warranty claims
See Warranty & Support. Under advance-replacement tiers, we dispatch the replacement first. Return the faulty unit within 14 days using the supplied pre-paid label.
Refund timing
Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. Card refunds typically appear within 3–10 business days after that, depending on the issuer.
Non-returnable
- Consumable items (thermal paste, cables marked as "cut-to-length")
- Custom-configured builds post-production start
- Licensed software (Windows Server, VMware, etc.) once activated
- Items marked as clearance / final sale at time of purchase
