- DHL Express DDP via Shopify Markets. No surprise charges.
- DE, NL, BE, FR, IE, LU: 2–3 days, €25–45
- Nordics, Iberia, IT, AT: 3–4 days
- CEE & Baltics: 4–5 days
- B2B reverse charge on valid VAT numbers
United States
- DHL Express DDP from UK until US distribution centre opens.
- 3–5 business days door-to-door, contiguous US.
- Duties and import taxes included at checkout.
- No broker fees on delivery.

Damaged or missing shipments
Photograph any visible damage before opening. Email support@serverfin.com within 48 hours. We handle the carrier claim and ship a replacement immediately on advance-replacement warranty tiers.
