Every ServerFin system ships with a written warranty. Refurbished units are eligible for 1-, 3-, or 5-year cover depending on grade. New OEM units carry manufacturer warranty plus our advance-replacement service.
1-Year Return-to-Base
Standard on Grade C refurbished units.
Return to ServerFin UK, 5 business day turnaround after receipt. Email support NBD.
3-Year Advance-Replacement
Standard on Grade B. Upgrade available on Grade A.
NBD dispatch of replacement in UK mainland, 48h EU, 3–5 days US. Return faulty unit within 14 days.
5-Year Advance-Replacement + On-site
Available on Grade A and New.
Full cover including on-site engineer swap for UK mainland during business hours. 4-hour response, NBD on-site.
What's covered
Hardware failure on CPU, memory, motherboard, PSU, and backplane. Drives and GPUs covered per-part for the first 12 months; extended cover available at checkout.
What's not covered
Consumables, accidental damage, power surges without surge protection, unauthorised repairs or firmware modifications outside our guidance.
Raising an RMA
Email support@serverfin.com with your serial number and a short description. We respond within NBD and dispatch replacement or collection the same day on advance-replacement tiers.
