These terms govern your use of serverfin.com and purchases from ServerFin Ltd ("ServerFin"). By placing an order you accept these terms.

About us

ServerFin Ltd, registered in England and Wales. VAT number to be issued.

Products

Refurbished products are used, tested, and graded. Condition grade (A, B, C, or New) is shown on each product page. Images are representative — superficial cosmetic variation is normal on refurbished units.

Pricing & payment

Prices shown in your local currency where supported (GBP, EUR, USD). UK prices include VAT at 20% unless otherwise noted. EU prices include destination-country VAT under OSS / IOSS. US prices are DDP — import duties and taxes included.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. If a material error is found, we will contact you and offer cancellation or re-pricing.

Business buyers

B2B orders with valid VAT numbers in qualifying EU countries will be processed under reverse charge. UK business buyers: standard UK VAT applies unless HMRC criteria for zero-rating are met.

Delivery & risk

See Shipping & Delivery. Risk passes on delivery. Inspect within 48 hours and report damage.

Warranty

See Warranty & Support. Warranty terms are contractual and in addition to your statutory rights (UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 or equivalent EU consumer law where applicable).

Consumer right to cancel (UK/EU)

If you purchase as a consumer (not business), you have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations / EU Consumer Rights Directive. Goods must be returned in original condition. Return shipping paid by you unless the goods are faulty.

Business returns

Business purchases: no automatic right to cancel. Returns for wrong-item or DOA are accepted within 14 days per our Refund Policy.

Export controls

Certain enterprise products (particularly high-performance GPUs such as NVIDIA A100 and H100) may be subject to UK, EU, and US export controls. We comply with applicable export control regulations and may refuse or delay orders pending due diligence.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any single order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Governing law

English law governs these terms. Disputes go to the English courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
